Privacy Policy
Effective September 12, 2026
JobPhotos is operated by Gould Innovations, Inc. ("Gould Innovations," "we," "us," or "our"). JobPhotos provides software that helps field-service businesses collect, organize, manage, and share job photos and videos. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use JobPhotos, including when you connect JobPhotos to Jobber.
1. Information we collect
We collect information that is necessary to provide and operate JobPhotos, including:
- Account information. Email address, display name, account identifiers, authentication information, and account status.
- Jobber integration information. Jobber account identifiers, connection status, OAuth access and refresh tokens, and identifiers for JobPhotos-managed custom fields.
- Job information. Job identifiers and numbers, job title, client name, property address, job dates, and related Jobber metadata used to organize galleries.
- Media. Photos and videos associated with jobs, including filenames, file type and size, dimensions when available, source attachment identifiers, timestamps, hashes, captions, categories, sort order, and customer-visibility settings.
- Operational information. Webhook payloads, synchronization history, error information, security events, and server/application logs used to operate, secure, diagnose, and improve the Service.
2. How we use information
We use information to:
- authenticate users and maintain JobPhotos accounts;
- connect to Jobber with the permissions authorized by the Jobber account administrator;
- discover, copy, process, organize, and display job photos and videos;
- create and maintain JobPhotos links and Jobber app-managed custom fields;
- provide internal gallery-management tools and customer-facing galleries;
- operate synchronization, webhook processing, retries, reconciliation, logging, and support;
- protect JobPhotos, our customers, and the integrity of the Service; and
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
3. Jobber authorization and access
JobPhotos uses Jobber's OAuth 2.0 authorization process. A Jobber administrator must authorize JobPhotos before JobPhotos can access that Jobber account. JobPhotos uses only the Jobber permissions configured for the app and needed to provide the Service. Jobber access and refresh tokens are stored in protected form and are removed from the active connection record when Jobber notifies JobPhotos that the app has been disconnected.
4. Customer galleries and public links
Customer galleries are designed to be viewed without a JobPhotos account. A gallery is accessed using a cryptographically random public identifier in its URL. Only media marked for customer visibility is returned to an unauthenticated gallery visitor. Because anyone who receives or obtains a valid public gallery link may be able to view the published content, account owners should share gallery links only with intended recipients and should not publish sensitive media to customer galleries.
5. How we disclose information
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information in the following circumstances:
- Service providers. To infrastructure, hosting, storage, monitoring, email, payment, or other vendors that process information on our behalf to provide the Service.
- At your direction. When an account owner publishes or shares a customer gallery, or otherwise directs us to disclose information.
- Legal and safety reasons. When reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, or enforceable government request; protect rights or safety; investigate abuse or fraud; or secure the Service.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.
6. Data storage and retention
JobPhotos stores application data in a database and stores photo/video content in object storage. We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain business and security records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. Disconnecting JobPhotos from Jobber stops future authorized API access and invalidates/removes the connection credentials, but it does not necessarily delete previously synchronized JobPhotos content. Account owners may request deletion of their JobPhotos account and associated hosted data by contacting us.
7. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. These include HTTPS, secure authentication cookies, protected OAuth credentials, tenant-scoped data access, signed webhook verification, randomized public gallery identifiers, and access controls that separate internal management from public gallery viewing. No system can guarantee absolute security. More information is available on our Security page.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding access, correction, deletion, portability, or other handling of personal information. Account owners can also disconnect JobPhotos from Jobber through Jobber's App Marketplace. To request access to or deletion of information held by JobPhotos, contact us at support@jobphotos.co.
9. Children's privacy
JobPhotos is a business service and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, or a higher minimum age where required by applicable law.
10. International processing
Information may be processed in countries other than the country in which it was collected. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border processing.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and change the effective date above. Material changes may also be communicated through the Service or by another reasonable method.
12. Contact
